About Us

SYNERGY HomeCare of Salem is owned and operated by Viki Fort and Jennifer Giese. Both have a background in caregiving and work in upper-level management. After experiencing quick success in previous roles, the pair decided to combine their passions and skillsets to open a caregiving business of their own.

Viki, Jennifer, and their team of caregivers will provide all residents of Salem and the communities of Benton, Lincoln, Marion, Polk, and Yamhill counties with a range of services, including companion care, personalized in-home assistance, and specialized support for individuals managing chronic health conditions or recovering from illness or surgery. Jennifer also has experience working with retired veterans and takes pride in lending specialized assistance to those who served.
