The Wedge
- Join more than 20 cheesemakers from Oregon and beyond at The Wedge, a farmers market-style event featuring the largest selection of Oregon cheese you can find, served alongside foods and beverages that taste great with it. Sample and purchase local, artisan cheese, specialty foods, wine, cider, and beer from Rogue Ales. Take a class from a New Seasons cheesemonger, snap a pic with our mascot, meet the Dairy Princesses, chat with a cheesemaker, and try your hand at cheese wheel bowling.

$15 in advance; $20 at the door. All tickets come with a $5 token good toward purchase at any booth. Tickets go on sale in August.
