Salem City Club Presents: Debate: A New Payroll Tax for Transit?
The Salem City Club invites you to join us on Friday, October 16, 2015 at the Willamette Heritage Center at the Mill for a "Debate: A New Payroll Tax for Transit?". Two well-informed local citizens will debate the pros and cons of this measure. Kathy Lincoln will represent the Salem Area Mass Transit District Board, which placed the measure on the ballot. T.J. Sullivan will represent the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce and the Create Jobs PAC in opposing the measure. Reservations are due by noon Wednesday, October 14, 2015.
