OMEA District IV Choral Festival

*PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THROUGH THIS ALL DISTRICTS THIS SATURDAY ALL Concert and Classics members need to be at McNary from 8:15 am to 4:00 pm. During this time, you will be helping set-up, clean, fill positions needing help, watch performances, tear-down, and anything else we may need. Classics and Concert will warm up in the cafeteria at 8:15. Classics is in performance from 10:00 am - 11:00 am. Concert is in performance from 2:20 pm - 3:40 pm. From 8:50 am to 9:20 am, Classics will watch the performances quietly until it is time to perform (after Salem Academy, leave). After you finish performing, you will be excused to go back and sit quietly in the auditorium and watch the rest of the groups until the lunch break at 12:20. When the break is over at 1:20 you will be either pulled to help or asked to go watch the performance. After the last performance, you will help clean up. Concert Choir,in the morning you will be either watching performances or helping at stations. After the break, from 1:20 pm to 2:20 pm you will watch the performances quietly until after Crescent Valley when you will exit for warm-up in the cafeteria. After performing, you will wait quietly as a group until you can help with tear-down. So that we are 100% clear, here is the Districts schedule: Silverton (CC) 9:00-10:20 Salem Academy (CC) 9:20-10:40 McKay (CC) 9:40-11:00 McNary (HC) 10:00-11:20 Silverton (B) 10:20-11:40 Sprague (Wm) 10:40-12:00 Corvallis (CC) 11:00-12:20 South Salem (Wm) 11:20-12:40 West Salem (AS) 11:40-1:00 Lunch Break 12:20-1:20 Sprague (CC) 1:00-2:20 West (CT) 1:20-2:40 Crescent Valley (CC) 1:40-3:00 North Salem (NC) 2:00-3:20 McNary (CC) 2:20-3:40 South Salem (SC) 2:40-4:00 *Each performance cluster is divided up in 20 minute segments of warm-up, performance, clinic, and sight-reading. Students may leave campus for lunch as long as they are back ON TIME. PLEASE INFORM YOUR PARENTS.
