Draw and Dine for Grace House
Grace House needs help from our community partners, families and friends to keep our doors open to help single women who are homeless. Grace House provides up to 6 months stay in a comfortable home for up to ten women; our visitors receive lodging, food, clothing, and other items gathered from community partners such as Trader Joes, Huddart Family Foundation and many individual supporters and in-kind contributors.
Please join us on November 2 at Amadeus in downtown Salem to support Grace House’s mission to help these women become self sufficient and viable members of our community.
Anyone can go to Create a Memory and ask to paint a plate for Grace House until October 17. There is also an opportunity to paint a plate at a special event (Posh Plates and Pinot) on October 15, also at Create a Memory (5:30pm-8:30pm). After purchasing the plate for $5 each, you paint it with a Grace House theme, words, pictures, etc. Create a Memory will finish the plates and deliver them to the event! Please join Grace House Board, staff and friends at the event to see if your plate wins a prize for the best Grace House plate theme. Don’t wait to paint, register and pay on line to attend!
Registering early provides the community, family and friends the opportunity to paint enough plates for the event and for registered guests to choose from to enjoy Amadeus’ Chef/Owner Diana Ramallo and staff appetizer and dessert creations that are sure to be delicious and enjoyable and you get to keep the plate as a commemoration of the event.
All registration proceeds go to Grace House. Thank you for caring!
