Join WorkSource Oregon and the Keizer Chamber of Commerce in a 2-part business education session, Recruitment Strategies

In session 1, we will have a presentation by our local workforce analyst, Nicole Ramos and the Work Share program. She will be provide local data to help employers understand the current local market conditions relating to workforce. Nicole will share what the Work Share program entails and how it is an alternative to lay offs and can help eligible employees receive unemployment benefits while working at reduced hours. We will learn how this program benefits both the employer and employee. 
There will be a presentation and an opportunity for questions at the end.
