Please join us for the KNOW May Luncheon.
Our speaker will be Nancy Yankovic from Saltwater Wellness.
Nancy will be talking about hormones. This is going to be a high level presentation about hormones; what they are, why we have them, them in our reproductive years and the how they decline as we age. She will also go into common symptoms, symptom management and empowerment for women to seek help with hormone optimization from their GYN.
