What you get as a patrol subscriber:

• Average of 3 to 4 Property Checks Per Night (Depending on Alarm Call Volume)

  • First check of the night ensures all doors, gates, and other access points are properly secured. This allows us to build a timeline in the even of an incident.
  • All other checks involve ensuring no vandalism, signs of forced entry, or other suspicious activity in present.
  • Our Patrol model works differently from other providers in that, instead of utilizing strict routes that make us prone to predictability, we have carefully designed patrol districts in which the assigned Security Officer works with autonomy so that they can adapt their patrols to fit the needs of the district as they change.
  • You'll get a Nightly Patrol Log that reflect the times we arrived and departed your property as well as any observations we made during the night.

• Proactive contacts when persons or vehicles are observed on the property

  • We get out and speak with whomever we observe on the property in order to establish our presence and make it known that we're paying attention.
  • When we observe unauthorized person(s) on the property, we will speak with them in a casual manner to make it known we've seen them and are watching, without escalating the situation unnecessarily. 9 times out of 10 they leave on their own without incident, without us even having to tell them.
  • When unauthorized persons refuse to leave the property, we will coordinate with local authorities to take enforcement action and preserve the security of the property.

• We become the primary responders to alarm activation

  • If you have or obtain an alarm provider, you can designate Cascade-Metro Security as the primary contact to be dispatched to verify nighttime alarm activations.
  • When an Alarm call comes in, the on duty Security Officer in your area will drop what they are doing and respond immediately. Thanks to our carefully designed Patrol District system, we're able to maintain fast, average response times of 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Currently, 1 patrol unit is dispatched to alarms. As we grow, our response capabilities will become more comprehensive and adaptive to the situation at hand.
  • Upon our arrival at an alarm, we conduct a thorough check of all areas of the property to ensure no trespassers are on site, and that no vandalism or forced entry has occurred.
  • If signs of forced entry are confirmed, we will coordinate with local authorities for assistance in investigating the incident further
  • You'll get a detailed Alarm Response Report which outlines the time the alarm was triggered, our in-route time, arrival time, what we observed, if authorities were needed, incident number, departure time, and any photos that were taken during the incident.
