About Us

Born and raised in Salem, Oregon, Karisa has deep roots in the community. Coming from a family of century farmers and generations of local business owners, she understands hard work and putting clients first. Real estate has always been part of her world — her grandmother and aunt worked for a local real estate mogul, and her mother was a longtime Realtor. Attending open houses and showings from a young age, along with learning from family members who were contractors, gave her a well-rounded foundation in the industry.

Karisa also spent years in the restaurant business, where she developed strong customer service skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of personalities.

She purchased her first home at 21 in 2008 and saw firsthand the long-term value of homeownership. In 2018, she began her real estate career with a desire to help others build stability and wealth through property ownership.

Karisa and her husband, Ben, have three children — two teen boys and a spirited younger daughter.Outside of work, she enjoys DIY home projects, time with her kids, Disney, working out, and all things sci-fi.

Karisa treats her clients like family. She takes the time to understand their goals, priorities, and lifestyle so she can guide them with empathy and perspective. Her goal is to make every buying or selling experience smooth, informed, and memorable.

After losing her father in 2023 and navigating the probate process firsthand, Karisa developed a deep understanding of trusts and estates and now specializes in probate/estate transactions with compassion and expertise.
