While we are open to candidates who live throughout Oregon and Washington, the Evaluation Data Analyst would be expected to report to the office on a quarterly basis, at minimum.

General Position Summary
The Evaluation Data Analyst manages and analyzes data to support evaluations, market research and savings claims at Energy Trust, including managing the catalog of products used to claim energy savings and generation, and the process by which the catalog is regularly updated. The Evaluation Data Analyst assumes ownership of key data with the responsibility of standardizing definitions, documentation, content, quality, security, and value throughout the organization. The Evaluation Data Analyst serves as an expert on Energy Trust data as well as third party data and coordinates with Planning and Evaluation, Operations Analyst, and IT staff on data issues. The Evaluation Data Analyst participates in cross-functional teams and projects to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements to data and systems to increase operational efficiency. The Evaluation Data Analyst also designs, plans, develops, and manages qualitative and quantitative evaluations of Energy Trust’s programs, initiatives, and pilots, as well as market research.
