Trashy Tuesday

Join us for our monthly litter clean-up events to help keep our rivers and streams healthy and clean. Trashy Tuesday is a litter clean-up program hosted by the City of Keizer's Environmental and Technical Team. Our goal is to build strong connections with our community while doing something good to protect our environment. We believe that small actions can have large impacts when amplified across our community, so join us to help keep our rivers and streams free from litter. Trashy Tuesdays will be hosted on the 3rd Tuesday during the warmer months of the year. (Events will be rescheduled in cases of extreme heat.) These events are family-friendly. Children under 18 are welcome to attend with a responsible adult. We would appreciate it if you would leave pets at home for this hour. We will provide trash bags, pickers, gloves, and vests. Volunteers should wear closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and bring water bottles. A water refill station will be provided.
