Fun By The Forkful is the theme of this year's SAIF Corporation Agri-Business Banquet to be held at the Salem Convention Center on Friday, January 16, 2015. Guest speaker this year will be Dr Charles Petty, whose insights on family, community, and career have been called hilarious, wise, and thought-provoking. Raised on an Arkansas farm, he has worked for large corporations and served on the North Carolina governor's senior staff. He is a member of the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame.
