This month's speaker is Cayla Catino.
| Cayla Catino is committed to supporting people and communities to identify, celebrate, and leverage their innate strengths to be the change they wish to see in the world. As a consultant, Cayla energizes small towns and neighborhoods through downtown revitalization, community visioning, and stakeholder facilitation. As a guide, Cayla uplifts Women's voices through WomanSpeak which is an international organization dedicated to helping women learn the art and soul of public speaking. Having personally experienced the transformative impact of the WomanSpeak 16-month program, Cayla now provides a safe space for other women to experience this awakening of self as the first WomanSpeak Circle Leader in Oregon! Her wish is for every women to feel alive through celebrating their vibrant true selves and living a life that is aligned with their mind, body, soul, and spirit, and honors their innate wisdom and power. In this interactive talk, we will explore regenerative feminine leadership and the hidden energetics public speaking. We will also try out a few unique practices that help women to re-wire their nervous systems so that speaking up becomes an experience of safety, power, joy and emancipation. It is possible to feel comfortable in our bodies, stay true to ourselves and be leaders. Now is the time to uplift feminine qualities in leadership and for women to support each other as we rise individually and collectively to follow our dreams and lead in an authentic way. |
