Please join us for the KNOW July Luncheon.
Our speaker this month is Kimberly Rose from Cherry City Massage. Kimberly will be talking about self care and why taking care of your body is one of the most important investments you can make. Self-care isn't selfish, it's essential. Massage therapy is just one of many tools that can help reduce stress, improve physical health, and support both mental and emotional well-being. She will be sharing simple ways you can incorporate self care into your daily life.
This month's theme is RED, WHITE, AND BLUE.
