Bring the kids out to the Junior Gardener?s Club at The Oregon Garden on January 18th at 2pm to become inspired by nature, and create an art project. Come prepared for the weather because we?ll venture into the Garden to view the winter landscape with an artistic eye, then come inside to create an art piece inspired by the Garden. Free for Rose level Garden members and above, those pre-registered are only $3, while drop-ins are $5. Participants will pay admission upon arrival. Pre-register by phone 503-874-6017 or online: http://www.eventbrite.com/e/junior-gardeners-club-winter-art-project-registration-9901577886. All children must be accompanied by an adult, and activities are designed for children ages 5 ? 10 years old. This Junior Gardener?s Club activity begins at 2pm and lasts until 3:30pm, and is taught by artist and educator Julie Jeanseau. All materials are provided.
