An age-appropriate fentanyl awareness presentation from Fentanyl Free Oregon A group discussion and time to ask questions Naloxone education and practical overdose-prevention information Take-home naloxone kits A free button-making activity following the presentation and discussion An ice cream social A chance to connect with community members who care about young people, prevention, and creating safer communities Fentanyl Free Oregon works to help Oregonians, especially youth, understand the risks of illicit fentanyl and how communities can respond through education, prevention, and support. Radness Ensues is providing our community space and youth-centered approach for the afternoon, with Community Medical Services expected to support the naloxone education portion of the event. Fentanyl Free Oregon is sponsoring a free button making activity following the discussion where everyone in attendance can make unlimited pin-back buttons for the duration of the event.
