3rd Thursday Celebrates Halloween
Sweets and spooks as 3rd Thursday celebrates Halloween. Keizer Community Library, Keizer Heritage Museum and Keizer Art Association join forces for this event that will include pumpkin carving (first 15 kids), spooky stories, kid's art activities, free photograph, fortune telling by Madam Zelda.
