2015 Creekside Drive for Cancer

The Creekside Golf Club Women’s Golf Association (WGA) and Men’s Golf Association (MGA) are proud to announce we once again are hosting a charity golf tournament to support SUSAN G. KOMEN™ Rally for the Cure and Salem Hospital (Cancer) Foundation. The tournament is structured as a 4-person, 18 hole scramble.

Our 2014 Charity event raised $11,424.17 for the Susan G. Komen Foundation and approximately $9,000 of that was returned to the Oregon and SW Washington Komen Chapter. This money served women in Oregon and SW Washington by adding to the funding for the Patient Assistance Program; the Rural Transportation Program, the Resources for Survivors and the Free Screening Program. The 2014 Charity event for the Salem Hospital (Cancer) Foundation raised $3,000 to aid in Salem Hospital’s focus on all types of cancer. • Donating a raffle or auction item 
• Donating $50.00 to become a Tournament Sponsor – we will create a sponsor sign in your name, your company’s name, in the name of a cancer survivor, or in memoriam of a friend or relative. All signs will be posted around the putting green to the south of the clubhouse at Creekside. Any other contributions, including cash, are also greatly appreciated.
