Motion passed with one abstaining.\n	\n		By-Laws Addendum notice\, ballots due Oct 18yh\n	\n		Current Winds of Government Luncheon Review\n\n\n	Meeting Discussion: Economic Development\n\n	\n		City/Chamber Partnership - Nate tasked with preparation of structure. Prefer not to reinvent the wheel.  Looking for the governance and the long term creditability and the command for resources. Ask for models. \n	\n		Ag Think Tank   Don\, Christine & Mark updated on November date that will include conversation with City Council/staff\, County Commissions/staff\, EDGA\, and \n	\n		Business Retention & Expansion - Nick informed that communities are looking into program\, will start after the first of the year.
