SUMMARY:2014 Ford Focus on Child Hunger Peanut Butter Drive
DESCRIPTION:Salem\, Or. -\n\nSkyline Ford\, in conjunction with Ford Focus on Child Hunger\, will be collecting peanut butter to support the additional summer demand for kid-friendly foods at the Marion Polk Food Share.\n\nThe peanut butter drive\, which runs from June 14-21\, will support the increased demand for this expensive staple during the summer months\, when many children lose access to school nutrition programs.\n\nTo make a donation\, bring jars of peanut butter to Skyline Ford in Salem at 2510 Commercial St. SE or Skyline's Keizer Ford in Keizer at 3555 River Rd. North between the hours of 8 a.m. 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. 6 p.m. on Sunday. Skyline Ford will also donate a case of peanut butter to MPFS for each car sold and a jar of peanut butter for each oil change completed during the drive.\n\nA raffle ticket will be given out for every jar donated and will give patrons a chance to win one of many great prizes. Up for grabs are Ford T-shirts\, hats\, collectible mugs\, complimentary oil changes\, roadside assistance kits and much more. \n\nThe peanut butter drive will conclude with one massive collection day at Roth's Fresh Markets Vista location in Salem at 3045 Commercial St. SE. June 21st from 3pm 6pm. During these events peanut butter will be available to purchase right at the grocery store and ready to go to the local food bank. Bring your jars out to the parking lot and help fill our Ford Focus! Each jar will give you an entry into the raffle.\n\nThis drive is part of a five-state Pacific Northwest regional campaign by Ford dealers to support their community food banks and to make sure no child goes hungry this summer.
