Schedule:                    Monday – Friday
Hours per week:         40
Wage:                         Depending on Experience

Role:                              Bookkeeper / Office Administrator 
Responsibility:               Bookkeeping
                                      Office organization and administration
                                      Customer Service
Result:                           Highly accurate and timely bookkeeping and remittances
                                      Highly organized and efficient use of information, files
                                      Company is represented competently and professionally
                      Various Duties (not limited to):
Perform detailed and accurate data entry into QuickBooks
Prepare and send Estimates and Invoices
Input credit card transactions and match with receipts
Input vendor invoices and process timely payments by cheque
Balance statements from vendors
File and sort documents (paper and electronically)
Various accounting and journal entries
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency
Office Administrator
Assist Owners as needed at any moment
Occasional out of office errands as needed
Maintain and distribute new employee forms as requested
Receive and respond to office emails, scan, and photocopy
Responsible for filing all documents, invoices, receipts, etc.
Property Management assistance as requested
Document procedures, processes, and policies
Prepare documents as instructed
All other duties, responsibilities as required, assisting co-workers and owners
Comply with all company policies/procedures and safety requirements
Customer Service
Cover Celtic Storage Manager desk as needed
Answer phone calls
Gather complete lead information from potential customers or renters
Refine vendor, renters and customer relationships as a representation of Celtic Businesses

Minimum Qualification and Educational Requirements:
Finance or Bookkeeping education would be preferred
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
Must have a valid driver license with a reliable card and proof of insurance
Strong Knowledge of the following Software/Technology:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Web usage
Google Calendar and Gmail
Dropbox (Cloud Storage)
