Stream Celebration
We invite you to come walk the path at Pringle City Park to celebrate streams and learn about awe-inspiring aquatic critters and their adaptations, explore the key characteristics used to determine stream health, and have hands-on fun! This free, move-at-your-own-pace event is appropriate for all ages. Everyone is sure to learn something new!
The goal of the event is to actively connect residents with the Willamette River and to build pride in our shared river and community. Attendees will visit stations to learn about water quality, aquatic macroinvertebrates, salmonids, riparian habitats, birds and wildlife, and how to take actions to support healthy watersheds.
